Person Centred Care.

Care With Quality's mission is to provide best practice, person centred care to each of our individual clients.  To provide a diverse range of home and community based services in order to enhance the quality of life of elderly and disabled people and their caregivers, living in the community.

To meet this aim we work very closely with all referring agencies to understand both their needs and those of the clients.  We utilize all information given to us by the referring agency.  In addition, we offer a variety of assessments, which can assist in determining extra needs where requested.

Carers provide a holistic approach, with a view to maximizing independence where ever possible, while enhancing each individual's quality of life.
